A year ago you help me out with problem with my ventless (3720CEE). A
replacement was sent out. This week I am experiencing another problem. The
unit will not drain water. I am very disappointed and highly upset that I
am experiencing deja vu. I follow the washing instructions, by washing
smaller loads, using 1 tablespoon of HD laundry detergent and
fabric softener. I am at my wits end. When this unit works, its works well
but when it doesn't it is a nightmare. Also the door came off the hinges.
*A major appliance should last for more than 6 months to 1 year!*
